Behind the Deadly Sins. Crazy work outs!!


How can you eat less food and still grow fat? It's always a little weird to hear someone else's thoughts on your weight. It's even harder to talk about body image. Most of us probably think about it, but to actually say anything about what we do or how we feel is hard....
So Mr William will give us some tips and talks about work outs and all! I actually had a chat with him today! check Below!!

28 years old
Born in Accra
Studied software eng in nassau community college
Then later studied and trained as a personal trainer with the national endurance sports trainers association.
And international sports science association. Also a pro amateur fighter (kickboxing). He studied basically how to build stronger athletes.


Me: Have you done any fights so far?

William: I have Done 3 fights. Lost my first and Won 2.
Me: nice one

Me: So about the work outs yeh. When you sweat profusely literally dripping wet. Is this an indication that you are out of shape?

William: Well sweat is basically body water and some fat coming out of you. So when you sweat a lot that means you have a lot of this in you and you are burning them well.

Me: Does an aerobic workout cause an individual resting metabolic rate to stay elevated for a long time after a work out, the so called after burns effect?

William: It very well does. Aerobics are types of cardio And all cardio boost metabolism and keeps them elevated long after workout.

Me: Can a person be to flexible ?

William: Tooo flexible? No, There is no limit.

Me: Can you offer some basic guidelines for avoiding overuse injuries associated 
With running?

William: First of all you have to stretch. If its early morning have a good break fast about 45mins prior workout. Stay hydrated.

Me: Could you provide general exercise recommendations and guidelines for asthmatics?

Williams: You have to do regular workouts. Just listen to you body. Train at well ventilated places. For running stretch after running aswell. 

Me:When is the best time to exercise? I heard that if you are overweight you should exercise after you eat and if you are at the weight you want you should exercise before you eat. Does it matter?

Williams: I choose to workout it the mornings after breakfast. You should have pre workouts foods and post workout foods. Food is fuel to the body.Never exercise on an empty stomach. Never!!

Me: thanks for the tips

William: Its like driving your car with no enginge oil

Me: hahaha

Me: So how important are the warm up and cool down portions of a workout?

William: And about warm ups its very important. Because your muscle need to be ready for what ever you are about to put it through. You don't just surprise them, Or they will surprise you too. :)
Warming down or cooling off is equally as important. Because take for instance a stone. When you put it in fire and straight away into cold water it starts cracking. If you train hard you body heats up. So before you go out into a different temperature or take a cold shower you need to make sure you body has cooled down. 

Me: So uhmm does any proof exist that exercise can help a person live longer?

William: Yeps, Look at the older generation. They walked most of the time, Did farming and stuff with no machines. Ate fresh and clean food. They lived longer.

Me: As for now we are very lazy.

William: We don't even wash dishes. Lol. I get lazy too. But I motivate myself but motivating others. 

Me: I heard also that exercise can help control hypertension?

William: Yes it can, But food does better. Its a combination of healthy eating and workout. Without healthy eating workout is useless basically.

Me:Oke so please settle this argument Yh. Is beer a good post workout drink?

William: Beer?? 

Me: I said no to my dad haha, he works out and drink allot of beer!

William: Its not good even to dream bout it. Alcohol is not all bad tho. A man can drink some wine or should drink wine about twice a week. Women once. Red wine is da best.

Me: Ok so share an experience you had in dealing with a difficult person and how you handled the situation(client)

William: Well most people want the nice hot body and stay fit, But they all find excuses to remain lazy. I talk to them and explain why they need to wake up.

Me: but it's hard you know.

William: No its not hard. Its just hard to start. But once you know the benefits, And once you start seeing progress and difference. Its like a drug. I remind them of Their expensive cars. And how they put the best fuel in them. Change engine oil, Take it for regular check and servicing. Because they love it and want it to last and remain at a good performance. But when it comes to them the driver they don't car about themselves. They wake up don't do nothing then stop at fast foods and eat any rubbish. Workout does just more than making you live long, You are respected, You are sexy, You sex life is amazing, Clothes look good on you and You feel happy and energetic all day.

Me: very true, Ok so how many times a week should I work out?

William: 3 times, Have rest periods till you build a stronger stamina the you can do 5times. 

Me:The tips u gave me the other time. Squart, Jesussss. It hurts.

William: We call it "The burn". Means they muscles were touched, You are doing it well.

Me: Thank you lol

William: The burn should be felt all times, If not that means your muscles are used to the workout and reps should be increased, Or more weights should be added. It gets sexy after a while don't worry.
